Mr. Pradeep commenced his journey by returning to Bangalore to establish his own Yoga and wellness enterprise, which he called “Yoga Art”. The journey begins in 2010 June, when he moved back to Bangalore. To start his own company of Yoga and wellness which was named β€œYoga Art”. Because he feels yoga is an art and that’s how the journey begins. After teaching for many years, he moved into multidimensional aspects of wellness. so, we renamed the brand from Yoga Art to Samsara Wellness.

What is Samsara?

Samsara is a word that refers to the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, similar to how yoga works with the mind, body, and soul. Samsara Wellness started in 2019 with offline yoga classes, but due to the pandemic in 2020, we shifted to online classes and expanded our reach globally.
Our website, samsarayog.com, provides information on how to get started with yoga as a beginner and various techniques to deepen your practice mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Our mission is to Share the teachings and insights of the ancient yoga path to all those seeking these resources, to the best of our abilities. We hope that our efforts will help others in their spiritual, physical, and mental growth and development. May the hearts of all be filled with peace, love, and happiness.

Future Roadmap

Samsara Wellness aims to expand its reach across the globe and make its offerings accessible to the common man through a mobile application. The application incorporates a combination of yoga, ayurveda, and naturopathy. As part of our future plans, we intend to host Yog Sangam Offline, an online yoga festival, in one of India’s most popular destinations,like Goa.

Also, we plan to create theme-based yoga retreats that cater to the diverse needs of individuals seeking to deepen their yoga practice. Through these initiatives, we hope to provide individuals with transformative experiences that promote spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.

This generation is confused between a fit body and a healthy body.

Going to a gym will give you a good body, but practicing Yoga will give you a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga Art was formed in May 2010 with a vision to spread this healthy lifestyle. For us, Yoga is not just a session where you sweat out just for few hours, but instead, we develop your thought process where you not just build a body, but a state of mental toughness. We strive to bring the best version of you in the best possible way.

At Yoga Art, we teach Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Power Yoga, Acro Yoga, Anti-gravity fit, Corporate Yoga and Laughter Yoga. So basically all of the above mentioned forms together combine to form Yoga Art which was founded by Pradeep Mehta.

I was never a yoga person.Always into weight training and gyming . When I first met Pradeep I was a little skeptical about gettin into yoga . But when I started training with him I realised how enjoyable yoga would be . He would give personalised attention to my strength and weakness . My body had become stiff because of weight training . He got it to become flexible to a level which I couldn’t even imagine.I , being a doctor needed logical explanation for all the postures which he would explain me before even I asked. He has an in depth knowledge of the benefits of yoga postures. He knows your capacity and motivates u to push ur limits . From apprehension to liking to now loving yoga ….. thank you Pradeep for getting me hooked on to this .I am glad I started yoga with the best yoga trainer .

There are yoga classes and then there is pradeep sirs class .. really really intense yet fun. Pushes you to explore and break your own limitations with every asan. Well structured class and a good mix with sharp focus on every body part. I look forward to my class week after week.

Mr. Pradeep trained me, my children, my coaches and students in power yoga. We all felt very good while he trained us. His program was a revelation on your personal fitness and wellness. The routines were well thought out for individual needs and goals. He was punctual, professional and personable. While wishing him the best, we wish we could continue the program. My daughter is now pursuing professional tennis around the world and some of our students are playing state level sports.

Pradeep Mehta – As My Yoga Teacher We came to India from Israel, my country. Yoga had never been a part of my life . I had deep interest in sports , having played many and had spent many hours to understand the mystery of life ….. One day I happened to meet Pradeep, who motivated and coaxed me to take up yoga …His simplicity and positivity urged me to take to the yoga art…Initially my first six months had been really tough and hard as a wood …..As my body was very stiff whereas Yoga requires flexibility of the body and endurance of mind . Trust me it changed my life and the experience was so different and unique from all my experiences I have had so far .
