SPECIALIST
Corporate Sales Specialist
We are seekng a dynamic and proactive Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote position. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in building systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from strategy and lead generation to closing and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the entire sales cycle from scratch, including sales strategy, lead generation, CRM implementation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Drive corporate sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, especially in the wellness and corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and target market needs
- Engage in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts through effective client management and regular follow-ups
- Provide input on product-market fit and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to optimize offerings
- Track and report on salesy performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics using CRM tools
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Experience in wellness sales (corporate wellness programs, health & wellness services, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to build sales infrastructure and manage end-to-end sales processes
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
