Terms & Conditions for Use of Samsara Wellness Mobile Application and Website

“Samsara Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Samsara Wellness and its associated entities.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the user of our mobile application or website.
“Services” refers to all yoga sessions, content, and related services provided by Samsara Wellness.
“Mobile Application” refers to the Samsara Wellness app available for download on mobile devices.
“Website” refers to the online platform accessible at www.samsarawellness.in.

Account Creation: To access our Services, you must create an account on our Mobile Application or Website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, net banking, and e-wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Payment Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed only after the successful completion of the payment process. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Session Scheduling: You may book yoga sessions through our Mobile Application or Website. Sessions are subject to availability and can be rescheduled or cancelled as per our cancellation policy.
Session Conduct: You agree to participate in sessions in a respectful and safe manner. Samsara Wellness reserves the right to terminate a session if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
Rescheduling Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee of the session cost.

Service Availability: Samsara Wellness makes no guarantees about the uninterrupted or error-free nature of our Services. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Mobile Application or Website.

Data Collection: Your use of our Mobile Application and Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Modifications: Samsara Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Mobile Application or Website.

Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Samsara Wellness operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
