Welcome to Samsara Wellness (“Samsara”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing, refunds, and disputes are handled for services offered through the Samsara Wellness Website and Mobile Application, owned and operated by Samsaraa WellTek Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru, India.

 

1. Payment Gateway

All payments made on the Samsara Wellness Website and App are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized and PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner.
Razorpay adheres to RBI regulations and global security standards, ensuring that all financial transactions are encrypted and handled safely.

 

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept multiple secure payment modes through Razorpay, including:

  • Wallets and Razorpay-supported options

For international users, Razorpay supports select global cards and currencies.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of availing a service, booking a session, or purchasing any offering within the app or website.
  • Upon successful payment, confirmation and invoice details will be sent to your registered email and also available in your account section.
  • All transactions are securely handled by Razorpay; Samsara Wellness does not store any credit/debit card, UPI, or banking details.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We value transparency and fairness in all transactions.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted before the scheduled service or session time, as per individual service terms.
  • Refunds: Once a payment is completed, refunds are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:
    • Duplicate or accidental payments
    • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
    • Service failure directly attributable to Samsara Wellness

To request a refund, please contact accounts@samsarawellness.in within 7 days of payment, providing proof of transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices shown on the website and app are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT where applicable internationally).
  • Prices may vary by region, currency, or service type.
  • Any changes in pricing will be notified to users in advance wherever applicable.

 

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • Access to paid features or sessions may be temporarily restricted.
  • You will be prompted to retry or update your payment method through Razorpay.
  • Repeated failed transactions may result in automatic cancellation of the booking or order.

 

7. Corporate and Institutional Billing

For enterprise and organizational clients:

  • Payments and invoices are managed as per contractual agreements.
  • Late payments beyond the agreed term may attract penalties or temporary suspension of services.

 

8. Security and Data Protection

  • All transactions are processed through Razorpay’s SSL-encrypted and tokenized systems.
  • Samsara Wellness complies with RBI, PCI-DSS, and GDPR/CCPA data protection standards.
  • We do not store or have access to any sensitive payment information.

 

9. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes, claims, or controversies related to payments, billing, or refunds will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • All disputes shall be addressed under the legal entity Samsaraa WellTek Pvt Ltd.
  • Users are encouraged to contact accounts@samsarawellness.in first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
