Payment Policy

Samsara Wellness Payment Policy

Payment Methods:

  • E-wallets: We accept payments through all major e-wallets.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
  • Net Banking: Payments can be made via net banking from all leading banks.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Payment Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Cancellation:
    Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.

Rescheduling Sessions:

  • Sessions can be rescheduled without any charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session will incur a fee of 25% of the session cost.

Processing Time for Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days following the cancellation confirmation.

Modes of Refund After Cancellation:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. This includes:
  • E-wallets: Refunds will be credited back to the original e-wallet account.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment.
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be transferred back to the original bank account

Mid-Session Termination Policy:

If a session is ended in the middle due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund will be provided based on the remaining time of the session. If the termination is due to issues on the client’s end, no refund will be issued.
