In the disturbing Pandemic times, people had engrossed themselves in online activities. Being an enthusiast, Mr Pradeep thought of commencing a Yoga Festival instead of just classes. His thought followed the fact to reach into the minds and hearts of all the people through his gracious work. He started planning for the Yoga festival in April 2021 and finalized a name after dedicated research. After finalizing “Yog Sangam”, he started getting in touch with all his senior teachers for their support. The journey of “Yog Sangam” commenced on 19 June 2021 till 21 June 2021.
He started his venture in 2010, by the name of ‘Yoga Art” by practicing various revelations of Yoga and humbling experiences under various Gurus. He is a true epitome of a sportsmen, dancer and fitness freak. His teaching style is fun and left a huge impact on his followers

Man Behind Yog Sangam
Pradeep Mehta is Yog Acharya & Founder of Samsara Wellness and has trained various Celebrities, Expats, Corporates, Sportspersons, Professional Dancers, Fitness Enthusiasts and thousands of students and followers for more than a decade.
He got introduced to Yoga in 2007 that brought a sense of peace and freedom which lead him on this path. In 2009, he learned artistic Yoga from Bharat Thakur in Delhi. After this he added many feathers to his crown and there was no looking back. He has inspired many souls with the various revelations of Yoga. He is a Limca Book Holder for Non-Stop dancing for 45 hrs and 15 mins in 2005.

Since this will be a mass group session, it would be difficult for our teachers to address each health issue separately. We advice you to take it easy and practice with caution.
